Hook and Loop

We manufacture a full line of hook and loop products including sew-on, pressure sensitive and back-to-back constructions among many more. NWP also fabricates ultra sonic welded straps made to your specification.

An advantage and capability is that we can also fabricate ultra sonic welded Hook & Loop straps made to your specification.  In addition to the ultra sonic welded Hook & loop straps, we also offer cut and sewn straps with or without hardware added. The tips can be die cut in different shapes.

Our custom fabrication department can cut the Hook & Loop to any length or shape you want.  We stock our Hook & Loop in a variety of widths and colors in the sew-on version. Our Black and White Hook & Loop is in stock in widths from 5/8” through 4”.  They are put up on 25yard rolls. 50 yard rolls for are available for special orders.  Special Hook & loop colors/widths can be made to order. Pressure sensitive, adhesive backed Hook & loop is stocked in 1”, 1-1/2”, and 2” for fast delivery.  NWP’s Hook & Loop is woven using 100% nylon filament, it is completely washable and dry-cleanable, maximum shrinkage 2%.

The melting point on our Hook & loop is 485 degrees Fahrenheit. NWP’s spec includes 310 hooks / per square inch, with a cycle life of over 20,000 operations. The Hoop and Loop are highly resistant up to 356 degrees Fahrenheit, and the resistance to cold is -20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our Hook & Loop’s shear and peel strengths are quite impressive and create phenomenal gripping power.
